UIBC-UC is proud to renew its strategic partnership with Expand North Star 2025, the world’s largest platform for startups and investors, hosted by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy. Now in its second consecutive year as a Community Partner, this collaboration reflects UIBC-UC’s continued commitment to fostering cross-border innovation, high-growth entrepreneurship, and bilateral economic exchange between India and the UAE. Taking place from 12–15 October 2025 at Dubai Harbour, the 10th edition of Expand North Star marks a decade of ecosystem building, evolving into a year-round global platform that connects founders, investors, and industry leaders across emerging innovation markets in Africa, Asia, and Europe, with Dubai as the central hub.
Through this partnership, UIBC-UC will continue to lead curated startup engagements, investor matchmaking, and high-level dialogues across transformative tracks including GitexScaleX, Green Impact, and Artificial Imagination. These initiatives align with the UAE’s national vision to position itself as a global digital economy and innovation hub. UIBC-UC’s extensive bilateral network of 15 Founding Members, comprising leading Indian and Emirati business organizations, ensures unparalleled access to trade, investment, and growth opportunities for startups from both nations.
